When you choose MKW Products, you will receive a variety of services from us. These include purchasing, order processing, supplier evaluation, factory inspection, logistics arrangement, custom clearance in China, quality inspection and other supply chain management services.
MKW maintains transparency in suppliers’ price to our customers. We only charge our customers a fixed percentage (10%) of the supplier’s price to us as service fee (logistics is extra). We do this as we are providing supply chain management service as the values to our customers.
Sometimes you may want to come to China for factory and market visits. We are available to help as well. When you come to China, we will send a staff to accompany you during your visit. This service is provided to you for free. You just need to cover the travelling expenses (including our staff’s) such as transportation, meals, accommodations etc. Our staff will be your translator and travel guide to the factories and markets.
Regarding sourcing from suppliers, there are four competitive priorities customers view as the most important factors. These are cost, quality, delivery, and flexibility. Service Process For Customers Visting China
Before you come to China
1. Advise you the best time and period for your business trip toChina. Arrange the meetings with suppliers before you come toChina.
2. Book nearby hotel for your stay inChinaaccording to your standard.
When you are in China
1. Pick you up at ShenZhen airport and help you get to your hotel
2. Guide you to the appropriate product markets or accompany you to visit factories if you need to.
3. Record all ordering details such as: item No, description, unit price, quantity, size, color, packing details, MOQ and any special remarks. Also we will take photos for all the merchandise you have ordered.
4. Prepare Proforma Invoice that includes the unit price, pcs/ctn, total amount, total CBM, ocean freight, and local handling fee etc. for your reference。
After you complete the purchasing in China
1. Place orders upon your confirmation and the receipt of 30% advanced payment;
2. Follow every order to make sure the production will be completed according to our expected time and requirements and we will keep you posted about the progress.
3. Clients T/T the rest amout before collecting goods so we can pay off suppliers on the day of collection;
4. Collect all the goods and inspect the goods to make sure orders are according to customer’s requirement, and send you the inspection report for your confirmation;
5. Distribute payment to all confirmed suppliers;
6. According to customer's request, book shipping space and arrange shipment
7. Prepare the export documents concerned and do custom declaration.inChina
8. Send you all the documents including B/L, Packing List, Commercial Invoice to help you clear customs in your country.
Custom Design
1. We can accept order to customize your own design or source the one exactly the same
as your sample.
2. We will coordinate with factory to develop samples upon the receipt of sample deveopment cost .
3. We will have staff work with factory to make sure quality is up to customer’s expectation.
